Iliana has extensive experience in the development and management of new businesses at national and international level. She worked for several years at the Department Of Trade & Foreign Investment in the United Kingdom supporting the expansion of British companies into international markets.

In México, she worked during a number of years at the Institute for the Protection of Bank Savings (IPAB, from its Spanish initials), where she excelled at forging inter-institutional links within the public and private sectors. In addition, she was responsible for coordinating the activities relating to Corporate Governance and for being the organisations key liason person with other Mexican financial institutions such as the Bank of Mexico and the National Banking and Securities Commission (CNBV; from its Spanish initials); as well as with international authorities and other domestic and international banks.

Currently Iliana is in charge of the office in Puerta del Sol, Madrid, where she is practising corporate law, foreign investment and international trade, for individuals, as well as Small, Medium and Large organisations.
