Griselda has broad experience in the areas of administrative and tax law, as she worked for the Supreme Chamber of Administrative Litigation Court, attached to the Government of Veracruz, Mexico for more than 17 years.
Additionally, since her arrival in Spain in 2012, she has worked in the international strategic litigation area, specialising in Human Rights and giving advice to embassies and non-governmental organisations (NGOs).
Likewise, her professional practice is focused on corporate, foreign investment and immigration law supporting individuals, as well as small, medium, and large organisations.
Griselda is partner at 'Falleti Studio' in Italy, since 2019; she collaborates with the Law firm 'Lex Firme', and is the Europe's legal correspondent for the magazine JURISTA Mexico.
